How to make it in MLM.
You should focus on people that produce, that are producers. Do what successful people do. You should become an expert in your ability to expose your business or product to new people consistently.
How many people did you expose your business too today?
Ask yourself this question. Be honest, some people will stutter and say mmm… ah…
Ask yourself this simple question: “Will I hire me?”
Look at yourself as somebody that is supposed to be in charge of a multi million dollar business because that is what you have decided to do when you started in your business.
Many people has not realized this. Would you hire yourself to run a multi million dollar business?
Who would you hire to run your multi million dollar business? You are the person that you have hired to run your business, do you qualify to run it? Take a good look at yourself. If you are not qualified to run such a business then you need to change a few things to become a person of value to make your business a success or guess what….
You are going to FIRE YOURSELF BY QUITTING!
Your first step is “Awareness”
For the next 7 days you need to keep a journal. At the end of everyday you need to write down what you did to expose your business to new people and to how many people you exposed your business too.
Have you decided to be in your business? Giving it a shot does not count.
You need to be committed to make a success in your business. Giving it a shot to make it happen has already disqualified you and put you in the category of being fired.
Reality Check. Unless you are rich and living the life of your dream where time, money and health is not an issue for you, you are working for money and slaving away everyday of your life.
There are challenges in you job, the same as is in network marketing but with a difference though and the difference is:
1. You hate your job, may loose it at any time and on top of it, you may have to work harder because the company has had to fire somebody and you have to also do that persons job with a added pay cut to help the company keep head above water and further more suffer from cost of living increasing.
2. The challenge in networking, start part time with the time available, there is no limitation to the income that you can generate, improve your marketing skills, prospecting skills and everything is learn able.
Follow these few steps:
1. Make the commitment, Decide
2. Work on developing your skills. It is learn able and it makes you ready!
3. Take action by prospecting while following your system.
4. Stay consistent and finish what you started.
Lets look at the technical level of difficulty in network marketing on a scale of 1- 10.
One being on the couch and 10 being brain surgery.
Network Marketing is a 2 and a half.
What you do consistently will result in you getting better at it. If you are new to network marketing then here is a tip:
Don’t do your network marketing 10 hours on one day once a week. It is better to do 2 hours everyday part time, which will have more consistency in your results and build momentum.
You as marketers have to go and get the business. Generate Leads using attraction marketing via MLSP and then contact that person, pick up the phone, if you do not have their phone number contact them via e-mail and get their phone number.
The number one problem facing most network marketers….
How to easily and effortlessly enroll people.
What are your biggest fears related to prospecting and talking to people about your business?
Fear of failure
Fear of ridicule
Fear of Rejection
Why?
Because you do not know what to say.
Knowing exactly what to say and how to say it so that you attract people to you rather than repel them from you.
So, okay, I get that Todd. But how do I know what is the right thing to say?
You follow a proven Guide (Script) that give you the right words to use and specifically teaches you how to deliver them with effectiveness.
If you do not know what to say, your not likely to say it.
Put the words right in your mouth.
You should be on 24 business mode. If you drive for example and see a for sale sign of a house, you should take the number of the Real estate agent and give them a call.
Use the little black book of scripts that has exactly what you would say to a real estate agent to get him or her to join you in your business.
Know exactly what to say, copy what successful people are saying and doing.
