Interest And Commit, Two Words That Can Build A Huge Empire In The Home Base Business Industry
Today I am going to focus on interest and on the very important part about the fact that people need to commit to their success.

In a moment or two as you continue on the this page you will have a very different way of looking at these two different aspects regarding interest and people that commit themselves to doing what it takes to reach their success.
You will also find out how to use these very simple two words to recruit more people into your home base business.
Committing To Something
In-Depth Look At The Word “Interest”
First we need to have a more in-depth look at the word Interest to have a clearer understanding of how the “interest” or “interested” word affect your very own life and home base business success.
At first when you took a look at your opportunity, did you have an interest in it to begin with?
I am sure that you did, that is why you showed an interest when a friend shared his or her information with you about their opportunity.
Now Look At This Scenario
Everybody on the planet has an interest. They are interested in buying something or they are interested in better health or they are definitely very interested in making more money to lead a better lifestyle or in some cases just to pay the bills.
But here is what separates the people that have success and the one’s that don’t.
The few that do have the interest to achieve what they are interested in, commit to doing what it takes to reach their success.
Success does not occur merely by having just interest, it entails that you commit to your success by doing daily consistent action that leads to enhanced success.
This is where most people go off the track a little bit.
They lack in the commit part of the equation.
This Is Very Important
So how do you implement the words “Interest” and “Commit” in recruiting more people?
Quite easily my friend. Let me give you an example:
My Conversation With John
Bernardus: “Hi John, I am calling because I noticed that you showed interest in some of the information regarding how to recruit leaders.”
John: “Hi Bernardus, what a surprise, I did not expect that you would call me.”
Bernardus: “So, John what did you find of interest from the free training regarding recruiting leaders? Do you have any questions for me?”
John: “The information was really great, I learned a great deal from it thanks.”
Bernardus: “I am glad to hear that John. I would like to hear from you why you showed interest in recruiting more leaders, can you share a little bit about that with me?”
John: “Well, I have a team but they are not really doing anything, so I wanted to find out how I can recruit people that will actually take the action to build the business.
Bernardus: “I see, Has any of your team recruited anybody yet?”
John: “Sadly, no”
Bernardus: “Well John, the fact is that everybody has interest in something but a great number of them lack in the most important part which is to commit to their success.
People want things in life but either do little to achieve it through lack of belief or to a large degree a lack of knowing how to achieve it.
People have the interest to achieve success but fail because they do not have the most important factor that leads to success. The commitment factor that leads to success.
To have success your commitment to it must greatly outweigh your interest in having success.
How much interest do you have to commit to your success John?
John: “Well, I have decided to commit to my success.”
Bernardus: “I am glad that you said that John, because that is the only way that I can help you if you are committing to your success.

John: “Sure, I would like to have your help.”
Bernardus: “First we need to look at the results that you have currently from doing what you are currently doing to build your business. As I understand it you have recruited a number of people but they are not doing anything or very little. Is that correct John?”
John: ” Yes, they are not recruiting and some have cancelled their autoship or buying now and again.”
Bernardus: “I see. The reason for this John is because these people were just interested in having a better lifestyle and not committed to achieve it.
What you need to do is attract a different kind of person for your business. A person that is not only interested but also committed to their success. That is when you will build a team of leaders that will lead you to building a successful home based business.”
John: “I never thought of it that way before. Wow, it is becoming more clear to me now.”
Bernardus: “How do you recruit up? You need to increase your personal value to people and the best way to do this is to have continuous education in ways to help others succeed in building a successful home based business. You will only be able to recruit committed people if you can become that person that can lead. To lead you need knowledge and skills to help others.
Does this make sense to you John?”
John: “Yes, I can see now where I was lacking a bit.”

John: “Great, I am looking forward to it.”
Bernardus: “Excellent, Bye for now, until tomorrow.”
John: “Bye Bernardus”

The Follow UP
The next day at 9:30 John’s phone rings, it is me returning the call.
Bernardus: “Hi John, how are you?”
John: “Just great Bernardus and you?”
Bernardus: “Excellent thanks, did you complete watching the video yesterday?”
John: “Yes.”
