I also instruct my team members to follow up with the person that they referred to the generic team website and to make sure that the person that they refer have their contact details.
All that my team members have to do is share the generic website link with people and then get back to them.
My generic emails follow up with their prospects for them and guide their prospects in signing up into their team.
I advise my team members to get Aweber as their Auto Responder so that once their prospect visited the website they can have their prospect obtain free training from subscribing to a webform that enable their team member to be on their email list.
For my team member to provide their new team member with training simply entail that they copy a code into Aweber that instantaneously provide them with a list of emails that I created with the training for their team members.
If a team member do not wish to have a Aweber account set up then they can make use of a link that I provide to them that will still provide their team members with the Free training. They just need to provide that link to their newest team member.
